Do I need an AFM to live in Greece? +

In simple terms, yes. Without an AFM number, you cannot work in Greece, open a bank account or buy property. Quite simply, this is the first and most important step before you leave.

How long does it take? +

Is everything really online? +

Registration for our service is entirely online, but Greek authorities want to see you when signing the Power of Attorney. A short trip to the nearest Greek consulate (or KEP office if you are in Greece) will be necessary in order to validate your identity.

How is this possible? +

How much does the package cost?+

Our package costs €169, plus €29 if you wish to activate your personal TaxisNet online area (Greek tax website). You can choose to receive your AFM more quickly for an additional cost of 49 euros. This includes a 12-month period of fiscal representation, which is then renewed at 199 euros each year until you change your representative.

Is the fiscal representation included? +

Yes, our package includes a 12-months period of fiscal representation, with our lawyer based in Greece. At the end of this period and if you wish to, the package is automatically renewed for €199 per year. You can cancel at any time by changing fiscal representative.
