An earthquake with an intensity of 4.9 on the Richter Scale was felt today Monday, January 15, 2018 at 11:51 in much of central Portugal. Moderate intensity shocks were recorded as far back as Lisbona ns Coimbra.
This earthquake has a depth of 16 kilometers and is located at a distance of 100 kilometers east of Lisbon, not far from Évora. Some witnesses are reported until the city of Coimbra.
There is currently no major damage or injuries to deplore. We will keep you informed of future information.
