Rent a T3 at 373 € in Lisbon : it's possible

The competition, realized within the framework of the Municipal program of rent agreements, includes accommodation from T0 to T3, whose rents go from 124 to 373 €. And this time, the homes concerned are scattered in several parishes of the city, namely Areeiro, Beato, Benfica, Lumiar, Marvila, Olivais, Santa Clara and Santa Maria Maior. I feel that a T3 in Areeiro for 373 € tempts you and it’s normal

The call for applications takes place at the end of a new phase of real estate rehabilitation works, already completed or in progress. As in previous editions, these houses are open to the public and can be visited by anyone interested.
