Are you passionate about digital marketing? And are you fluent in English? We have new jobs available in Lisbon with start dates in February! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon.
The role itself will be for one of the leading global tech companies where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertisement campaigns for SMB’s in the UK. Providing pre and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English (C1 level)
- Previous customer service experience
- Flexible
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in digital marketing
The basic gross monthly salary including (Lunch vouchers, Christmas and Holiday Bonus) is just over 900 Euro p/m. Besides this there are lots of benefits e.g. lots of company organised activities and events, continuous training and career progress opportunities.
The project requires you to work 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern within the operational hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
